If we go on to work together, we also hold the project and account information needed to deliver and invoice that work.

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and general device and browser type. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We use a small amount of essential storage in your browser to keep the site working correctly. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and answer your questions.

To deliver, manage and invoice work you have asked us to do, and to keep records of the agreements we make with clients.

To improve this site and understand which pages are useful.

To send you occasional updates about our work, only where you have asked us to. You can stop these at any time by replying and telling us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, our email and our accounting. They process information only on our instructions and only for the purposes described above.

Where you ask us to manage advertising or social accounts on your behalf, we work inside those platforms under your instructions and their own terms apply to the data held there.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and project and financial records for as long as we need them for business, tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who inside the studio can access it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send clinical or patient records to us by email.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email hello@maxandmint.com and we will respond.

You can also refuse non-essential browser storage through your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.

This site is aimed at dental practices and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
